Birds of Encouragement

Birds of Encouragement is a community driven mural project created in collaboration with artists with developmental disabilities — highlighting their voices, creativity, and lived experiences. Each bird and message featured in the artwork was created directly by participants; reflecting diverse paths toward independence, stability, and self-defined success. The mural forms a living tapestry infused with encouragement, honor, hope, and support.
